Business Support Analyst will be responsible for identifying trends and areas of opportunity while performing deep dives into system data. In addition, responsibilities include working with various business teams to assess risk, manage data, communicate information, and conduct research on assigned projects. Assume other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve ALLO’s performance by providing data-driven analysis results to drive strategic decision making.
Provide strategic and defensible recommendations for improving our systems, processes, and strategies based upon findings supported by research and data analysis.
Interact with all levels of the organization to facilitate analysis requirements and reporting needs.
Analyze data for trends, correlations, and other key characteristics, and report findings.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance and deliver insight to customers while monitoring data quality issues.
Continuously seek out opportunities to add value through process automation and programmatic solutions to manual tasks.
Be proactive to customer needs and support the ALLO management team as our primary customer.
Develop and maintain knowledge of latest trends and best practices.
Effectively present and discuss analysis and insights with customers in narrative or visual form.
