The Senior Draughts Person plays a key role in bringing complex energy projects to life by producing high-quality technical drawings using CAD and Revit. This role goes beyond drafting — it involves planning and managing draughting workflows, coordinating resources, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
With a strong focus on Electrical Services, including Solar PV, battery storage, and microgrid solutions, the position sits at the heart of cutting-edge energy design and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate, high-quality drawings within project deadlines
- Manage drawing quality, issuance, and document control processes
- Coordinate designs across multiple services and resolve clashes with building elements
- Support engineers with technical drawings, detailing, and design development
- Plan and manage draughting workload, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to standards
- Assist with reviews of installations, equipment, and subcontractor drawings for compliance
Requirements:
- Draughting Diploma / N. Dip Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of CAD draughting.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical Services.
