In this context, the intern will contribute to the monitoring and optimization of these projects, with a focus on charging station sites, performance analyses, and support for ongoing initiatives. The role combines an analytical component (data, Excel, indicators) with a hands-on, people-focused component, involving interactions with charging station users and internal teams. This internship is an opportunity to develop a concrete understanding of the sustainable mobility ecosystem, partnerships, and the key factors that influence the adoption of electric vehicles, cargo bikes, and the use of charging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the monitoring of charging station sites (status, usage, operational issues).
Update and maintain analyses and dashboards (Excel, BI, CMS) related to charging station performance, electrification, and cargo bike performance.
Participate in data collection and analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with various teams and partners to support project deployment.
Participate in the improvement of tools and processes related to operations.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Master's student in management, sustainable development, engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis. (analysis, structuring, attention to detail).
Interest in the energy transition and sustainable mobility and charging technologies.
Interest in understanding user behavior and change management.
Autonomy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in an evolving environment.
