OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST
Job location - Colombo
Job Responsibilities
Ensure overall health and safety of the organization and regularly conduct observation/inspection at premises and the work of personnel to identify non-conformity
Active involvement in sustainability projects and Data collection, analysis and sustainability projects
Initiate/conduct safety training for employees
Evaluate and mitigate overall risks to the business, ensuring proactive measures are taken
Develop and review related policies to align with industry best practices and company objectives
Foster effective engagement among all levels of employment within the organization to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Investigate incidents to determine causes and execute corrective and preventive measures
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 03 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
Any related degree or professional qualification.
Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
Minimum 01 year of related experience.
