We are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Auxiliary Maintenance Supervisor and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site role. Roles and Responsibilities: • Maintain stock of spare parts inventory for maintenance team • Communicate with vendors/manufacturers to acquire needed spares • Ability to search for parts and find better deals to reduce spending costs • Set up and organize & maintain maintenance spares • Manage Backorders • Follow through with spare parts purchase requisitions • Send and receive components sent out for repair • Submit monthly reports to Maintenance Manager on spending towards the maintenance budget. • Ability to Utilize CMMS for parts inventory management, tracking and invoicing • Can generate reports concerning budget, invoicing vs. open PO’s, etc.. • Coordinate receiving orders with our shipping/receiving group • Support equipment engineering group Education and Experience: • 10+ years experience with inventory management/parts procurement for maintenance org. preferred • Experience in skilled trades or technical spares • Excellent communication skills, (written, verbal and active listening.) • Able to work in Oracle for parts procurement (Agile experience a plus) • 5+ years experience in working with vendors to generate parts quote for parts procurement • Intermediate skill level with MS word and excel. Power point proficiency a plus • Highly motivated self-starter, capable of self management with little to no oversight is a must!!! (highly important) • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships; Ability to effectively participate on multi-disciplinary teams.
