Role Overview:
Work closely across the internal organization (Primary: Purchasing and Engineering; Secondary: Program Management, Design, IT, and Quality) and with external stakeholders (Suppliers and Partners) to ensure vehicle material cost and spending remains on target.
Support cost forecasting, tracking, and reporting for a vehicle program throughout the development lifecycle, primarily as it relates to BOM Cost and Program Investment.
Support High-Cost ECR approval process, including presentation readiness.
Support vehicle program-related operating expenses and capital expenditure assignments.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure quality control over financial data, transactions, and reporting.
Action & audit Purchase Orders in company ERP
Maintain relevant financial controls, policies, procedures & compliance.
Ad-hoc assignments as required by strategic Fisker initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
At least 5 years of relevant experience – primarily with product finance or program costing.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or related field.
Outstanding ability in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management.
Experience utilizing ERP system and Business Intelligence tools to support forecast updates, analytical review of actual results and annual budgeting processes; preferably experience with SAP.
Finance analyst experience at an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier preferred.
Bonus Items
Previously have delivered a vehicle program through multiple gateways.
CPA preferred.
A self-starter who leads projects and brings deliverables to a close in a timely manner.
Proficient knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, SEC regulatory requirements, SOX requirements, audit committee compliance, etc.

Additional Requirements (if any):
Salary Range for Job Posting: $70,100.00 to $103,350.00 per year
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
