What You'll Do
The primary goal of the Residential Account Manager is to assist with onboarding new dealers and provide guidance and coaching throughout their first 12 months. Specific KPIs related to launch time and seal performance will be tracked and evaluated to measure performance. Additionally, the Residential Account Manager will be responsible for supporting all Residential RETRO business initiatives and programs beyond 1st year accounts.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with execution of all new dealer DD onboarding tasks as specified by the onboarding checklist.
- Assist with execution and delivery of monthly certification training class (Kick-Start) for new dealers.
- Record and monitor all onboarding metrics to ensure success.
- Provide proactive, comprehensive coaching throughout year one for all new dealers.
- Gather best practices for redistribution to dealer network.
- Expect approximately 10% travel, including overnight trips.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with contactors, builders, and other industry influencers.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with MS Office Applications, Salesforce.
- The ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
