The Role
This role will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. In a rapidly growing company, this role will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process including screening, coordination of the interview process and facilitating offers and onboarding, all while ensuring candidates have a great first experience with Aeroseal.
Some Specific Tasks
• Post and pro-actively source candidates for available positions with recommendations for “outside the box” ideas to sourcing candidates.
• Source and recruit candidates across multiple fields (sales, operations, engineering, office admin, etc).
• Assist the hiring managers and candidates through the full hiring process from recruiting to on-boarding.
• Manage Aeroseal’s applicant tracking system (Breezy) and other recruiting tools for sourcing and screening of candidates.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Take ownership of candidate experience from initial application to hiring.
• Proactively build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities within the company.
• Actively participate in career fairs, tabling, and other recruiting events.
• Recommend additional recruiting and onboarding collateral for increased interest and engagement.
The Right Person
The right person is someone who is passionate about recruiting with a keen interest in meeting great talent and adding them to help grow the Aeroseal team. This person must be a self-starter to engage new talent and look in places we may ordinarily search for candidates.
Experience You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years + of recruiting experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Experience within an Applicant Tracking System (Breezy experience a plus).
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations as it relates to recruiting.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
