About This Role:
Crusoe is seeking a strategic and executive-level Senior Manager, Global Supply Management to support and optimize the supply chain operation for Crusoe Cloud. This role is critical for ensuring continuity of supply, driving speed and efficiency, and high quality of deployments, directly contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's Cloud expansion. We are looking for a strong operator and strategic thinker, bringing a strong background in supply management, supplier relationship management, and process improvement to the team. This is a full-time position with flexibility to be based in San Francisco (CA), Sunnyvale (CA), Seattle (WA), or Denver (CO).
What You'll Be Working On
Strategic Supply Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and consistently aligned with company objectives.
End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire supply chain process, overseeing everything from raw material sourcing through to final product delivery.
Capacity Management: Align supplier manufacturing capacity with forecasted demand across multiple global deployments.
Supply Optimization: Drive lead time reduction initiatives and improve supply reliability
Global Strategic Partnerships: Experience managing global supplier relationship and partnerships for success
Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate and actively manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they consistently meet our stringent quality standards and critical delivery deadlines.
Inventory Control: Oversee the inventory management process, implementing strategic solutions to mitigate stock shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
Risk Management & Contingency: Conduct comprehensive risk management for all supply contracts and agreements, including proactive contingency planning to ensure business continuity.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast demand and ensure perfect supply alignment.
Sustainability Integration: Implement and champion sustainability practices in procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Crusoe’s environmental goals.
Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and supply chain innovations to maintain Crusoe’s competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience & Leadership: Approximately 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement, preferably for Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hardware supply chains.
Operational Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements.
Core Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Strategic Supply Management: Proven experience in Supply Management activities such as Manufacturing & Production Capacity Analysis, Supplier Selection, and Vendor Management Inventories (VMI).
Supply Chain Experience: Background working with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers
Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check.
Bonus Points
Experience managing Data Center infrastructure categories either in the greyspace or whitespace
Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM.
Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $51,000 -$184,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
