As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to provides technical leadership to the project team during all phases of the work and is resident on site as the senior PMC representative during site construction activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have 15 years’ experience in Geothermal Engineering

What you’ll do
We are looking for Engineering Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
1.Manage all team able to implement safety process, near miss report and mitigate risk effectively in order safety working properly.
2.Provide training to client on environmental safeguards requirement
3.Assist and advise during bid document preparation, tendering, evaluation of bids, contractor evaluation and contract negotiation, ensuring that environmental requirements are adequately reflected.
4.Supervise and lead engineers, scientists and project design. Oversee production and quality control. Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance in Geothermal industrial plants.
5.An engineering manager directs, plans, and coordinates activities, as well as spends time supervising employees in architectural and engineering companies.
6.Responsible for developing the overall concepts of new products and/or solving problems that may prevent its completion.
What you’ll have
Have 15 years’ experience in Geothermal Engineering and have at least 5 years’ experience as Engineering Manager.
