A dynamic engineering firm is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 8–15 years of experience in civil or environmental engineering. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative water infrastructure projects, pilot studies, and design-build initiatives across Southwest and West Central Florida.
Responsibilities

Lead and support engineering calculations, AutoCAD Civil 3D designs, technical assessments, and master planning

Prepare construction drawings, specifications, permit applications, and technical reports

Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory agencies

Contribute to business development efforts and participate in client outreach

Travel within the region for site visits and project coordination
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

6+ years of relevant experience

Active PE license in Florida or ability to obtain within 4 months

Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Preferred Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database management

Experience in water/wastewater resources, site development, and asset management

Prior experience managing engineering projects from concept to completion
