We are seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our Environmental team in one of our Ohio offices, with flexibility for hybrid work.
What You’ll Do
- Manage environmental projects from scoping through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.
- Oversee and conduct Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
- Direct soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, and stormwater sampling.
- Prepare technical reports, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Serve as a key client contact and mentor junior staff.
- Support business development and proposal efforts.
- Regulatory-facing expertise and leadership (informed by Ohio EPA supervisory experience)
- Deep experience with Ohio VAP, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and BUSTR frameworks
- Phase II ESA leadership, environmental sampling, and compliance-driven project work
- Mentorship, staff supervision, and project/program oversight elements layered into responsibilities
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of environmental consulting experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio VAP, and BUSTR
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER preferred
Salary Range:
