- Prior transportation, civil, or structural engineering coursework
- Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a Civil or Structural Engineering related field from an accredited college with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later
- Interest and ability to explore multiple engineering disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CAD, Civil3D and/or Microstation (a plus)
- Detailed oriented, excellent writing skills, critical thinking
