Project Scope
This position provides full-time EHS oversight for an active manufacturing facility in Austin, TX. The EHS Manager will be responsible for managing site-level safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting audits and inspections, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on safety leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work independently while partnering with site leadership to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
✅ OSHA 511 required
✅ 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments
✅ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS best practices
✅ Experience managing site-level safety programs independently

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and compliance records
- Partner with operations and management to drive continuous safety improvement
