We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our residential roofing team. As an entry-level roofer, you’ll assist with roof installations and repairs while learning the trade in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed insurance roof inspections on residential and light commercial properties, including shingles, flashing, gutters, siding, and structural components
- Identify storm damage, wear and tear, installation defects, and potential leak sources
- Document findings with photos, notes, and measurements; prepare clear, accurate inspection reports
- Perform light roof repairs, including: Replacing damaged or missing shingles and/or missing siding, sealing exposed nails and minor leak areas, repairing flashing around vents, chimneys, and penetrations, minor siding and exterior repairs as needed, installing temporary tarps or emergency leak mitigation
- Safely access roofs of varying heights and pitches, following all safety protocols and fall protection standards
- Operate ladders, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain personal vehicle, tools, and materials in good working condition (paid mileage)
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards via QA calls
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years in roofing or other related fields preferred.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work at great heights.
- Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time.
