Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, including sales performance, customer trends, and market analysis.
Examine monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to compare actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations.
Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Support financial planning efforts by providing sales data and insights for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide data-driven insights to support the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and generate reports as needed.
Monitor and analyze competitors' sales activities and market positioning to provide actionable intelligence.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team, marketing, finance, and FP&A departments to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
