We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Tendering Engineer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Tendering team in Athens.

Job Description

Prepare the tender documentation file, coordinate updates and inputs from all relevant departments, and take full ownership of the timely submission of the tender package for each respective tender.
Lead the compilation and submission of technical and administrative tender packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with engineering, commercial, HSE, quality, finance, legal, and document control teams to consolidate required inputs.
Ensure full compliance with client instructions, tender specifications, and internal quality standards.
Prepare and review administrative documentation, including eligibility documents, corporate registrations, financial statements, and declarations.
Support the development of technical proposals, method statements, company profiles, experience records, and compliance matrices.
Verify alignment between technical, commercial, and administrative components prior to submission.
In coordination with the Document Controller maintain an organized, traceable, and auditable archive of all tender documentation and correspondence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
4 - 5 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or project administration, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word
Excellent written communication skills in English
