ProTech Mechanical, a Crete United Company is expanding in the Houston market and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across commercial HVAC and MEP services.
This is a true hunter role, you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, opening doors, and closing new business. You won’t inherit accounts, but you will have the backing of a strong platform, established reputation, and full-service capabilities to help you win.

What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new business development across the Houston market
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and networking
- Identify and close opportunities across:
- Commercial HVAC service agreements
- Retrofit and replacement projects
- Multi-site / programmatic work
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on growth
- Partner with operations and estimating teams to scope and win work
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting (CRM)
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue and margin targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hunter mindset, you know how to build pipeline and close net-new business
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC sales
- Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach, referrals, relationship building)
- Ability to sell both service agreements and project work
- Competitive, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + uncapped commission
