Dr. Delphinium is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Green Tech Team. This hands-on, service-focused role involves installing and maintaining interior plants in corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and private residences, while delivering a consistently thoughtful and professional client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, water, clean, prune, and maintain interior plants across assigned accounts
- Monitor and assess plant health; identify issues and take corrective action
- Greet clients and provide friendly, informative service during each visit
- Answer customer questions about plant care and product options
- Coordinate with the Corporate Sales Manager on installations, design needs, and inventory updates
- Prioritize and plan daily routes; determine the most efficient path through the schedule
- Follow all safe-driving rules and on-site instructions related to parking, entrances, and deliveries
- Help with plant layout and design when required
- Maintain accurate service notes and submit them via email
- Protect confidentiality of customer information
- Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
