Our application process is designed to be transparent and open. We carefully review your submitted application documents and aim to provide feedback as quickly as possible. In an initial, informal conversation, you’ll get to know your contacts from Recruitment and the respective department remotely. We’ll give you insights into our lived company culture, what makes LichtBlick special, and the mindset we stand for. Of course, we’re happy to answer your questions together.
Your second interview will take place in person at our office. This gives you the opportunity to experience our working environment firsthand and connect with potential future colleagues, because for us, it’s also important that there’s a personal “click”.
