This position is in Region 4, Mission Support Division, Human Resources Management Branch. About Region 4 This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

You will: Plan, direct and implement the Region's Human Capital programs. Serve as advisor to Regional management on a broad spectrum of human capital matters. Supervise and lead the regional human capital staff. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and business partners.
