Annual Base Salary: $90,000 to $105,000
Commission: $30,000
OTE: $120,000 to $135,000
- Overall compensation (base salary + commission) for this role will be provided commensurate with years of experience and qualifications

Position
As the Enterprise Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales for GreenBiz’s fast growing GreenBiz Executive Network (GBEN) -- the leading peer-driven membership group designed to support a wide range of professionals from the world’s largest companies in driving transformation across their organizations and delivering on increasingly ambitious climate goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, this position will oversee the Membership sales efforts for GBEN, manage the enterprise sales representatives on the team and play point on key membership sales efforts with select clients.
The Enterprise Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies for our peer network products, optimizing operational tactics, prospecting and lead generation efforts, and all forecasts for the product. You represent sales efforts in discussions with management, product, marketing and content for the peer network product line. Additionally, you will work with product and content teams to develop future offerings for this product line.
Job Responsibilities
Sales and People Management
- People manage 2 Enterprise Sales Representatives, overseeing their development, training, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage your own quota that will be expected to hit or surpass each month
- Working with our tech and marketing teams and occasional consultants to develop and maintain the strategies and systems that support sales, lead generation and prospecting efforts
- Responsible for managing hiring and training of our expanding team
- Oversee a small list of accounts personally in a “player/coach” capacity
- Manage and deliver reliable forecasts and work with Sales leadership and finance to produce budgets
Market Expansion
- Represent sales in product expansion discussions and plans
- Represent the voice of the customer in product development discussions
- As new offerings are developed, this role with lead the development of sales strategies, infrastructure, territory assignments, etc for that product
Qualifications
- 2 years experience hiring and people managing individual sales contributors
- 4 years experience in full-cycle sales (from building sales processes and prospecting to closing the sale)
- Proven track record of revenue generation, including membership and/or subscription products
- Experience with the tools of sales management and prospecting (Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.) and how to apply these tools to a growing sales force
- Experience working with cross functional teams (marketing, product, technology, etc.)
- Passion for sustainability and climate-focused initiatives
