Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee administrative staff, and help manage workflow between office and field agents.
This is NOT a slow office job — this is a high-pressure, performance-driven role that requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily office operations
- Supervise and support office staff and dispatch team
- Coordinate with repo agents, camera car drivers, and management
- Handle client communications (lenders, forwarders, vendors)
- Monitor accounts, assignments, and recovery progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Assist with reporting, auditing, and performance tracking
- Help resolve escalated issues quickly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in repossession, logistics, dispatch, or high-volume operations preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in computers (Excel, email, internal systems)
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with repo software (RDN, Clearplan, etc.)
- Knowledge of compliance and repossession laws
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
