Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or energy solution sales
- Strong business development / external sales background
- Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
- Ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Selling solutions such as solar PV, BESS, inverters, or energy management systems
- Engaging with commercial, industrial, or EPC clients
- Managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Building long-term client relationships
- Working independently in a target-driven environment
A
tertiary qualification in engineering, energy, or a related field is highly advantageous.
