Job Summary:
House Keeping is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe facility by cleaning floors and equipment, monitoring material feed areas, and operating a forklift as required. The role involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, shoveling, and sweeping in an industrial environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans floors and machines using brooms, shovels, compressed air, and electric blowers.
- Keeps an eye on machine infeed belts and stockpile feed floors.
- Be able to pass a forklift training course and operate a forklift.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Demands:
- Required to stand, walk, kneel, and bend around the facility.
- Perform physical exertion as necessary, such as shoveling and sweeping.
