🌿Join GreenSpace Recycling as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in our Connection Center!
Help us create sustainable solutions for multifamily properties while supporting clients, drivers, and team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🕒 Schedule: Monday- Friday: 7:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, assist clients and drivers, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Email Communication: Respond to client, vendor, and internal email requests promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve service-related questions or escalate concerns to the right department.
- Administrative Organization: Maintain accurate digital and physical records for clients, employees, and company assets.
- Data Entry: Update databases with accurate, real-time information.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience managing high-volume phone calls and emails is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
