Senior Sales Executive – Commercial HVAC & MEP
Crete United is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across Commercial HVAC, full MEP service, and project opportunities throughout the Houston market.
This is a true hunter role - you will own prospecting strategy, pipeline development, customer relationships, and revenue performance. If you thrive on building business from the ground up and closing complex deals, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:

Own and lead Commercial HVAC & MEP sales growth across service, retrofit, and project work

Identify, pursue, and close net-new business across commercial and industrial markets

Drive pipeline development through disciplined prospecting and outreach

Build and manage a qualified pipeline; maintain forecast accuracy and CRM integrity

Lead discovery conversations with owners, facility leaders, GCs, and property managers

Partner with estimating and operations to develop scopes, proposals, and pricing strategies

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with a focus on long-term customer value

Execute a strong sales rhythm: activity, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking

Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the source of truth for pipeline and forecasting

Represent Crete United in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record driving net-new revenue in Commercial HVAC and/or MEP services

True hunter mentality with strong prospecting, pipeline ownership, and closing ability

Experience selling service agreements, maintenance, retrofits, and small project work

Ability to collaborate with operations and estimating to deliver profitable, executable work

Strong communication, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills

3+ years of experience in MEP, HVAC, or building services sales

Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally throughout the Houston area
