About the Role:
The Financial Analyst, FP&A reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Finance to support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how a fast-growing business operates and to develop core FP&A skills in a dynamic, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate is analytically curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You will support recurring financial processes, build and maintain models, and contribute to reporting that informs executive decision-making. What You'll Be Working On:
Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by gathering inputs from business partners, maintaining templates, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast; identify key drivers and prepare clear explanations for leadership review
Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, executive summaries, and ad-hoc analyses; ensure data accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Data Management: Help maintain the company's planning platform, including data entry, validation, and troubleshooting; support data integrity and process improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to gather information, reconcile data, and ensure Finance assumptions reflect the latest business inputs
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks and improve reporting efficiency; contribute to building scalable FP&A processes
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Relevant Experience: 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, formulas, and data manipulation; experience with pivot tables, lookups, and building clean, auditable workbooks
Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and translate numbers into meaningful insights
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences
Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness in work product; takes pride in getting the details right
Team Player: Collaborative approach with a willingness to pitch in where needed; receptive to feedback and eager to learn
Growth Orientation: Desire to develop FP&A expertise and grow within a fast-paced, high-growth company

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $111,000 - $135,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
