We are currently looking to hire a Head of Business Transformation who will be responsible for leading, driving and implementing activities to ensure the future growth, profitability, and sustainability ambitions of the service business unit.
You will be acting as a positive disruptor, and will challenge, break down non-value adding functional barriers and align the company end to end with the customer to implement multiple pathways to enable growth and organizational transformation.
You will build trusted relationships and partnerships internally with functions, regions, and employees and externally with customers and other stakeholders. And will work closely with functional and regional leaders to effectively implement plans to reduce complexity and increase productivity.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to
Leading and driving strategy deployment across the service business unit providing transparency of deployment maturity across the regions and global functions through the implementation of consistent methodology and reporting. Developing and implementing plans for the delivery of the 5-year plan ensuring all functions and regions are engaged; motivated and able to deliver against the milestones and targets se
Leading, driving and implementing activities to ensure the future growth, profitability, and sustainability ambitions of the service business unit
Leading, driving and managing the delivery of a portfolio of business change programs and projects to support the growth of the service business. Portfolio to be agreed and aligned with the service CEO and service leadership. Lead and drive cross business unit programs with significant business change that support achievement of business unit productivity targets
Ensuring continuous improvement in Transformation team - People development, new business opportunities
Acting as the service business focal point with Corporate Strategy Group - CDST for Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activity to ensure effective acquisition support (due diligence; business planning etc.) and development and implementation of post-acquisition integration plans.
For corporate driven change programs lead all PMO activities for all service-related activities

Senior Program Manager Professional, analytical, ability to identify key gaps using data and metrics and interactions across the team/individual and business
Strategic thinker, someone who will be able to influence across larger group/BU
Past experience of mergers and acquisitions and organisational integration and change topics
Experience in program, project management and process orientation
Ability to manage complex processes with multiple links across the BU and wider business
Experience working in highly consultative and strategic environments, experience of Sales Tools, forecasting and pipeline management
Demonstrated ability to set goals, gain shared vision, negotiate resolutions meet commitments and gain respect from other team members
