AsanEnvironmental Practitioner Apprentice (Level 6)at Baxiyou’llbe workingwithin theHealth, Safety & Environmentteam.This role is central to Baxi’s overall strategy of transitioning to low carbonheating solutions and operations by 2030.
Unlike many roles in thissectoryou’llbenefitfromexperience withbothour Environmental& H&SLeaders which will be a fantastic elevation for your careerand development at Baxi.
Your role will be central to thedevelopment and success of Baxi,you’llbeprovidinga high levelofprofessional environmentalexpertiseto include the sharing of relevant policies,regulationsand legislationwhichBaxiand the BDR Thermea Groupmust consider.You will support indata collection and analysis,ensuring compliance across all areas including legal, group andcompany .
You will besupported at all timesbyyourteam and your dedicated mentor tounderstand our currentH&S and Environmental andSustainability strategies.

You’llbuild confidence, communication skills, make new mates, and get stuck into our values:
You will have a strong interest in sustainability and the environmentandexperience within social engagement.You will want to work in a small team in which you will havean important rolebut also be supported.
You will support our main goal to delivering a strong and sustainable environmental policy that aligns with thegroupsstrategy.
Experience as leader/mentor or coach within a social engagement venturee.g.Duke of Edinburgh, Scouts, Guides, woodland trust etc
