Description
The Climate Team operates as a tightly meshed, highly collaborative group, with multiple interdependent workstreams spanning decarbonization execution, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), supply chain engagement, Customer Outcome Reporting, corporate climate metrics, reporting, and industry engagement.
This role will support core climate teamwork including lifecycle assessment (LCA) data management, climate and carbon data analysis, product carbon footprint reporting, and preparation of climate disclosures and customer outcome reporting. The Program Manager will also contribute to cross‑functional climate initiatives and support continuous improvement through data automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of climate‑related programs and initiatives across the Climate Team
- Manage and maintain product‑level LCA and carbon‑related datasets to support analysis, reporting, and decision‑making
- Conduct climate and carbon data analysis to support product carbon footprinting and internal reporting needs
- Support customer outcome reporting, helping communicate climate performance and decarbonization progress to support customer engagement and differentiation
- Assist in the preparation of climate disclosures, reports, and supporting data for internal and external stakeholders
- Support cross‑functional climate projects by tracking actions, timelines, and data inputs across multiple teams
- Contribute to data quality, consistency, and documentation across climate and LCA workflows
- Support the automation and streamlining of climate data processes and analytical workflows
- Prepare clear, structured outputs (analyses, dashboards, summaries, presentations) to support climate team objectives
Education and Experience Required
- Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, Data Management, Environmental Science, or another related discipline
- Typically 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in a data‑driven, engineering, sustainability, or analytical role
- Experience in engineering design, analytical tools, data systems, or software packages is preferred
- Experience working with large datasets and performing structured data analysis
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, structured models)
- Experience or exposure to sustainability, climate, carbon, or environmental topics is preferred
- Willingness and ability to learn new methodologies, tools, and sustainability concepts
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and data quality
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and AI‑driven automation techniques
- Knowledge of data transformation (e.g., Power Queries), and data management
- Experience in tool development with a focus on automation, process optimization, or sustainability tools
- Demonstrated experience building data visualizations and reports using Power BI
- Understanding of lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodologies and sustainability concepts (preferred)
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for data analysis or automation
- Experience supporting data‑driven reporting or analytical workflows
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality and timeliness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Very strong proficiency in English (written, verbal, and presentation)
