About the role 🚀
We are now looking for a Facility Manager/Office Manager to take responsibility for the daily workplace experience at one of our international clients’ offices in Helsinki.
You will be based at the Helsinki office of a fast-growing, tech-driven company within the on-demand delivery space, operating in a dynamic and international environment.
In this hands-on role, you ensure that workplace and office services run smoothly and with high quality. Your mission is to create a welcoming, well-functioning workplace where people can do their best work.
You lead and support the on-site team, coordinate suppliers, and act as the main point of contact for the client. The role is varied and operational, combining daily service delivery with continuous improvement of the workplace experience. You report to the Contract Director and collaborate closely with the wider Four FM organization.

We believe you have:
Experience in Facility Management, Office Management, Workplace Experience, or similar service-oriented roles.
A general understanding of workplace services and facilities is beneficial, but this is primarily a service and people-focused role.

Working hours:
Full-time, primarily standard office hours, with some flexibility based on operational needs.
Employment type:
Permanent position with an initial probationary period.
Location:
Client’s office in Helsinki.
Start date:
By agreement.
