Carry out process engineering with regards to pollution abetment with technology providers. Should have experience of operation and performance philosophy of pollution control equipment's. Day to day observations on Process & Operation and Impacts on Environment. Understsding of procedures for various statuaries/ clearance from SPCB/ CPCB and MoEFCC and thier compliance.
To co-ordinate with corporate affairs, sourcing and plant process & operation team to prepare required documents for Environment Clearance for Import of PCB, PCB categorisation and EPR compliance as per statutory requirements.
Process know how of metal processing plant and its chemistry
Hand on experice of statutory Environment clearance
Type of pollution control equipments and its operational philophy , their pros and cons and risk associated.
Process based Knowledge and understanding. Environment compliance know- how and decision Making. Planning & Prioritization
Candidate should be Full time B.E/B Tech in Environment or Chemical engineering or M.Tech Environment with 10 plus years of experience in Metal Industry ( preferably copper and other non-ferrous)
Should have good knowledge and experience of Environment engineering and Compliance and earlier any experience in project phase would be preferred
Good understanding of environemnt asepcts, understanding of Significant aspects and HAZOP analysis.
Ability to closely work with technology providers for the environment management and engineering
Co-ordination with operation and other support function during plant engineering and later commissioning and plant start -up .
