You will support the standard disclosure process, validate ESG data gathered from various teams involved in the reporting processes, and assist with local sustainability programs implemented by Manila’s Environmental Sustainability Committee.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:
- Coordinate the response to ESG/Sustainability stakeholder (e.g., investors and customers) requests and questionnaires and validate evidence collection.
- Analyze data and create visualizations from customer and investor ESG requests to identify trends and draw conclusions to help guide Emerson’s ESG strategies and initiatives.
- Develop reporting materials on the status and trends of customer ESG requests for leadership groups.
- Support ESG disclosures more broadly, including Emerson’s EcoVadis submission, CDP and UN Global Compact, and other annual submissions.
- Develop a strong understanding of and curiosity about the ESG reporting landscape and knowledge of disclosure frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, and ESG rating platforms such as EcoVadis, MSCI, UNGC, and disclosure regulations (e.g., CSRD, SFRD, EU Taxonomy).
- Document internal ESG disclosure and reporting processes, identify innovative workflow efficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance existing processes.
- Coordinate customer ESG request processes and system improvement requirements with IT.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course, preferably in Compliance or STEM-related fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience in corporate sustainability, environmental compliance, ESG/Sustainability disclosure and reporting, or a related technical discipline with knowledge of sustainability theories and practices.
- Understanding of broad corporate sustainability reporting principles, frameworks, and measurement.
- Strong written communication skills to draft content for internal reports and external disclosures, and the ability to clearly present findings and actionable recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for developing clear presentations, and Microsoft Excel or Power BI for data analysis, including creating charts and visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Understanding of the importance and sensitivity associated with external ESG disclosures and the discipline required to handle this information.
- Familiarity with carbon emissions accounting or reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, IT systems, and reporting tools is a plus.
