As a warehouse associate, you’ll be responsible for sorting and organizing electronic waste into designated categories and keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. When needed, you’ll also step in as a backup driver to assist with pickups.
Responsibilities
• Sort incoming electronic waste into proper categories
• Build and organize pallets (Gaylords) efficiently
• Load and unload materials safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow sorting guidelines and workflows accurately
• Assist with pickups as a backup driver when needed
• Drive company van or box trucks for pickups when assigned
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with schedule
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions closely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving vans or box trucks (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
