About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer a flexible schedule and a welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to contacts you’ve been provided
- Complete callbacks, provides follow-up materials, generates electronic messages with accuracy and attention to detail
- Accurately document and update contact records based on interactions
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications
- Collaborate with team members to support project goals

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus
- Clear and confident communication skills
