Roles and responsibilities:
Complete installation of the assigned residential sites as per the approved Detailed Project report, including but o Complete material shifting o Structure, module, earthing, cabling & inverter installation
Civil works and civil foundations for the structure & earthing
RMS Configuration o Explanation of system to the client.
All SOPâs such as pre & post links to be filled
Maintaining of files and documents related to project execution for each client and service reports.
To provide with up-to-date daily work status report via email to reporting manager Mandatory
Requirements
Class 12/ITI/Diploma Candidates
3 months Skill Development Course
Willingness to travel extensively
Good oral & written communication skills.
Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments.
Willingness to learn, upskill and undertake jobs like site surveys / material inspection, if required.
