The Service Systems Engineering Program Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of Services R&D, RCA corrective actions, Fleet Leader Inspection, and Fleet Reliability programs. This role will develop execution plans, manage schedules and budgets, set priorities, and address cross-functional resource challenges to ensure on-time, high-quality program delivery. The position requires strong horizontal leadership across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, and will play a key role in improving execution rigor, program visibility, and fleet outcomes.

As the Service Systems Engineering Program Manager, you will:
- Own execution of a portfolio of Service Systems programs, including R&D, RCA corrective action, Fleet Leader Inspection, and Fleet Reliability initiatives
- Create and actively manage program schedules and budgets aligned to business objectives
- Lead budget controllership, including planning, labor tracking, variance management, and Year End Estimates
- Partner with Product Management, Platform Managers, and Systems Integration Leaders to support Multi-Generation Product Plan and Multi-Generation Technology Plan development and execution
- Drive standard work through dashboards, templates, and reporting to improve program visibility and execution discipline
- Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities
- Support operating rhythms, business reviews, and cross-functional planning processes
- Collaborate across Engineering, Services, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain to improve speed, accountability, and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or Technology
- Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in program management, systems engineering, or technical leadership within a matrixed organization
Desired Characteristics
- Prior program management and/or operations management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions
- Knowledge of gas turbine products, engineering processes, and business operating rhythms preferred
- Master’s degree in engineering or MBA preferred
