About This Role
We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Administrator to join our Enterprise Technology team, a specialized group within IT responsible for the financial and operational systems that power the business.
In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with the majority of your work focused on P2P. You’ll own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of key financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct while supporting an ecosystem of connected tools such as Stripe, LeaseQuery, Asset4000, FloQast, and Workiva.
Working at the intersection of finance and technology, you will partner closely with Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations teams to ensure systems run reliably while continuously improving financial workflows and integrations.
What You’ll Be Working On
Administering and optimizing financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct to ensure system stability, data integrity, and performance
Managing Procure-to-Pay workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and accounts payable processes
Supporting Order-to-Cash operations including invoicing automation, accounts receivable workflows, and revenue recognition configurations
Partnering with Finance and Sales Operations teams to troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
Managing finance-related service desk queues and ensuring requests are resolved in line with team SLAs
Maintaining and troubleshooting integrations between Coupa, Sage Intacct, Stripe, and CRM systems to ensure reliable data flow
Conducting periodic access reviews and audits to maintain SOX compliance and enforce least-privilege access models
What You’ll Bring to the Team
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting financial platforms
Hands-on administration experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows including procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable processes
Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including billing and accounts receivable
Experience supporting integrations between financial systems and familiarity with API-based integrations
Demonstrated experience implementing financial software or delivering major system enhancements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $140,000 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
