Major Duties
Major Duties: Responsible for supervising positions performing buildings and utility maintenance and construction work throughout Mojave National Preserve. Provides guidance, inspects and works in the completion of maintenance and repair of assets, including painting, roofing & carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Utilizes Facility Management and computer software tools to plan and track operation and maintenance projects. Serves as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and/or inspector on contracts, as directed by the supervisor. Maintains certification.
