- Make sure each customer is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction when booking calls
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the customer database
- Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Must possess communication skills and active listening skills
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
