Summary
This position is located in Kalaupapa National Historical Park, the Facility Management Division Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will be in a non-pay status from early January to mid-January during your fitst service year, and work for the reminder of the Year.
Major Duties
The Duties include: Operates motor grader to ditch, plow, clear debris, flat road grading, maintaining road shoulders, and ditching where grading to stake is not required. Operates front end loaders in the process of moving dirt and materials, plowing snow and filling trucks. Uses a grader, loader, and dump truck to remove snow from roads and parking lots during winter months. Uses equipment to perform road side brushing and clearing of debris. Loads, secures and hauls equipment to and from project sites using truck and trailer
