NuSun Power is seeking experienced Solar Sales Representatives for the Inside Sales Department of the Lehi Corporate Divisional Call Center. The candidate will work in a call center environment with Solar Setters, Confirmation Teams, Project Management, Developers and other members of leadership to ensure that the organization's mission and ethics are at the forefront. The ideal candidate will successfully understand and support the inside sales team by virtually closing deals with homeowners inquiring about solar energy installation across the United States. The ideal candidate will have expert communication skills, comfortable with industry-leading software, a winning track record of closing solar deals, and collaborate with the team to exceed company standards. The ideal candidate will effectively ensure company targets are met ethically and completely. The ideal candidate will follow NuSun Power’s Standard Operating Procedures and appropriately take direction from respective supervisors. Responsibilities:

Below are some of the responsibilities a Solar Sales Representative is expected to assume:

  • Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with NuSun Power
  • Close solar installation deals with homeowner by presenting products that are optimized to the homeowner
  • Build proposals in real-time with client
  • Attend to and complete requested tasks from executive leadership
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators set by Operations Manager
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures set forth by NuSun Power
  • Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
  • Prioritize tasks and decide which are most important to fulfill in a timely manner
  • Complete daily reports, required area sheets, and responsibilities by the end of each day
  • Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job
  • Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect, client, and employee
  • Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers or connect the client with a teammate who can

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1+ year of solar sale experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with consumers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expert in solar legislation and the evolving industry
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong ability to listen and carry out instructions or role-specific direction from leadership and supervisors
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving
  • Proficient in using software and tools for daily functions
  • Ability to use technology
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
