Summer Program Duration: Flexible
Organization Level: ATG - Strategy - Administration - Evansville
Reports to: Quality Director
Location: Evansville, Indiana
Hours: Full-time preferred
Pay: $18 per hour
How the Internship Works:
- This is a Summer Internship program for an undergrad sophomore, junior, senior, or grad student currently attending an accredited college or university.
- Interns work within various facets of their department to get a good understanding of the services provided and to gain hands-on experience accompanied by various subject matter experts.
- Interns are assigned mentors that provide guidance, development opportunities, projects, and valuable feedback.
- Internships are on-site with no remote work opportunities and all interns must be within a commutable distance from the office. At this time, we do not provide housing or relocation assistance for the program.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Summary
In this role, you will assist with content creation, update and deployment of controlled documents, and consolidation and reporting of sustainability data. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Create content and consolidate resources for the various service lines on the company intranet.
- Generate a draft sustainability report using the SASB reporting structure.
- Assist in the update of SOPs, guidance documents, and resources.
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office environment.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Eligibility
Required Education Qualifications:
- Full-time student currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university
- Cumulative GPA: 3.2 or higher
- Current status: Sophomore or above
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.)
- Professional behavior and appearance.
- Ability to be organized and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
