ERM is seeking a Northern Mexico Sales Lead.

This roleis responsible fororiginating and closing complex sustainability transformation engagements that integrate ESG-related digital platforms, IFRS S1/S2 readiness, and the data and controls architecture necessary for credible disclosures to various stakeholders and assurance preparation.

This position is centered on the intersection of sustainability consulting, enterprise technology, and business transformation. It requires sufficient technical fluency to shape solutions in collaboration with ERM's global and local experts, commercialpartnersand clients, as well as the commercial discipline to manage an end-to-end deal cycle across multiple countries and industries.

The Sales Lead functions as the Partner's commercial multiplier byidentifyingmarket demand and converting it into a repeatable pipeline. This role involvesexpeditingthe qualification-to-proposal process and building programmatic work with key accounts across multiple phases.

Responsibilities:

Own a defined book of business coverage in Monterrey and deliver pipeline and sales targets by combining platforms, disclosure, and data architecture offerings.

Lead the entire sales cycle: discovery, qualification, stakeholder mapping, value proposition hypothesis, commercial framing, proposal strategy, negotiation, and closing.

Presales Orchestration: Define the storyline and success criteria. Coordinate internal subject matter experts for scoping, estimations, and solution design. Streamline scoping to focus on the main value proposition and pricing strategies to secure wins. Ensure that proposals reflect a coherent, integrated approach.

Build credibility with C-suite and key stakeholders (CFO, CRO, CSO, EHS, IT, COO)regardingpractical concepts of ISSB and NIS, climate risk, data governance and controls, and digital architectures.

Leverage alliances and ecosystem partners to create qualified opportunities and pursue joint initiatives.

Requirements:

7 to 12 years of experience in B2B consultative selling and client leadership roles, with significant exposure to sustainability advisory and ESG data/platform programs.

Proventrack recordin selling complex services, including multi-stakeholder deals, multi-phase programs, and engaging C-level buyers.

Demonstrated ability to sell or develop solutions that encompass at least two of the following:

Sustainability reporting/disclosure readiness (IFRS/TCFD-like work, controls, evidence, governance)

ESG/climate data strategy, data governance, controls, KPI design

Enterprise platforms/implementations
Climate and decarbonization programs, emissions accounting factors, water management, and waste reduction. (Mandatory)
Climate Risk Basis: understanding its emergence as a disclosure topic and relevant metrics (Mandatory)

ESG reporting (Mandatory)

Collaborating with technical roles such as solution engineers or architects.

Strong communicationskills: able to simplify complexity to a diverse range of stakeholders.
