Job Description
For over 35 years, F-Secure has led the cybersecurity industry with our 200+ service provider partners. As the home of scam protection, we're reimagining how we protect people from modern threats through cutting-edge scam detection and solutions that are setting the industry standard. We bring together the sharpest minds of cyber security with a shared purpose: to protect people from modern threats. Here, you’ll have a real impact, making every digital moment more secure for everyone. You’ll thrive and grow in our Fellowship culture, where we dream big, trust, and challenge each other to deliver results and move with speed. You’ll be welcomed into a diverse, global team with an informal and collaborative culture where your voice truly matters.
Join us in securing the digital world together – where your work will make a lasting impact.
F-Secure is insourcing its investor relations function, and we're looking for the person who will own it. As our Investor Relations & Sustainability Manager, you'll lead F-Secure's investor relations function, coordinate our sustainability reporting efforts, and work directly with our CFO to help shape how F-Secure tells its story to the capital markets.
You'll join the CFO Office, which brings together finance, legal, and now investor relations under one roof — a lean, high-impact team that plays a critical role in how we operate and communicate as a listed company. You'll participate in the CFO Management Team alongside peers covering finance and legal, acting as a trusted advisor to the CFO on all IR and sustainability matters.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the expert, the executor, and the strategic voice in the room. You'll build on a solid foundation already in place — established processes, strong investor relationships, and a track record of quality communications — and shape it further to match F-Secure's evolving needs. If you're energized by high-visibility work, enjoy translating complex financials into compelling narratives, and want to have a direct impact on how the market perceives a leading cybersecurity company, this role is for you.
This role is based in Helsinki, and we work in a hybrid setting. As we value in-person collaboration, we hope you can join us at our Helsinki HQ regularly.
The initial salary range for this role is 6000 to 7500 €/month (+ STI), and there's room to discuss this further based on what you bring to the table.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the insourcing and ongoing development of F-Secure's IR function, serving as the primary contact for current and prospective investors, analysts, and other capital market stakeholders.
- Plan and execute investor communications including earnings releases, capital markets days, roadshows, and investor presentations, while ensuring compliance with disclosure obligations and stock exchange regulations.
- Monitor analyst coverage, shareholder movements, and market sentiment, providing regular insights to the CFO and leadership team.
- Coordinate F-Secure's sustainability work across functions — partnering with People & Culture, Strategy, and Sales — and own sustainability reporting using the approach that best serves our needs.
- Integrate sustainability messaging into investor communications, ensuring our ESG story is coherent, credible, and meaningful to the market.
- Manage relevant external partners, advisors, and service providers related to IR and sustainability.
What are we looking for?
- Several years of hands-on investor relations experience gained in-house at a listed company — you understand what it takes to manage IR from the inside.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and the ability to translate complex financials into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience working within a CFO office or closely with executive leadership in a listed company environment.
- Strong project management skills — you can run multiple workstreams, meet tight deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Full professional professional proficiency in both Finnish and English, written and verbal — both are essential in this role, as investor communications need to be produced in both languages.
- A proactive, hands-on working style — you're comfortable both setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
You get bonus points for:
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as CSRD, GRI, or similar.
Our hiring process will consist of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate in a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.
What you will get from us?
- Welcome to the good side – the home of scam protection! Work with industry-leading experts defining the future of cybersecurity and scam protection
- Be an AI pioneer, not a follower. Access industry-leading tools like Claude and Claude Code, with full support to integrate AI into your daily work while others are still figuring out policies. We're not asking "if" but "how" AI transforms our work, positioning you at the forefront of the industry.
- Thrive in our Fellowship culture where we empower, trust, challenge, and support each other in doing our best work.
- Flexible work that works for you – hybrid and remote options with team-agreed ways of working.
- Inclusive environment with flat, approachable leadership in our diverse global community.
- Wellbeing support through personal coaching services and one hour per week for personal recharging.
Our local benefits include extensive health care, company supported sport activities, lunch vouchers, regular massages and sauna (and gym!) at the premises, and many more things to keep our greatest asset — our Fellows — happy!
A security vetting will possibly be conducted for the selected candidate in accordance to our employment process.
