Role Description
- Our Global PESC team collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to enhance the employee experience and support Deutsche Bank’s Global Hausbank strategy. We do this across five pillars: Inclusion, Well-being, Culture, Future of Work and ESG.
- You will leverage your expertise in people analytics to provide data-informed insights that help us deliver outcomes aligned to the PESC strategy. You will support the PESC Pillar leads, including the APAC and MEA Inclusion lead, and work on a variety of projects to drive our PESC strategy. In addition, you will drive local DEI initiatives.

Your key responsibilities
Global PESC Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis on people data (hiring, promotion, attrition, compensation, engagement) to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improvement to support PESC strategy
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Translate multiple data sets into key findings that drive action
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and manage global people data (as and when required) from various sources (HRIS, employee surveys, hiring platforms) to support delivery of external and internal reporting
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop and maintain automated global PESC dashboards and reports for senior leadership, providing a clear view of our metrics and progress.
- Survey Analysis: Lead the PESC analysis of People and Pulse survey results extracting key themes.
APAC MEA Inclusion Strategy & Execution
- Hands on support for the APAC and MEA Inclusion lead, including tracking ERG activities, budget, and progress
- Preparation of data to support global internal/external communications and other materials related to the five pillars
- Coordination of and input into relevant benchmarks, award submissions and charters
Your skills and experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity and complexity in people relationships
- Data interpretation; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - experience in data analysis, people analytics, or a similar quantitative role. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) is essential.
- Ability to create and maintain partnerships across various levels of the organization
