We are building a high-performance sales team driven by competition, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This is not a typical call center role. This is a performance-driven environment where the right individuals can build a serious income and develop elite sales skills.
Compensation

Base Pay: $15/hr

On-Target Earnings: up to $150,000/year

Top Performers: $150,000+
Income is not capped and directly tied to performance.
Schedule
Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled consultations with homeowners who have requested to learn more about solar
-
Take ownership of your pipeline by following up, re-engaging, and setting additional appointments when needed
-
Qualify prospects and guide them through the decision-making process

Advise homeowners on how solar can reduce costs and give them greater control over their energy

Handle objections with confidence and maintain control of the conversation

Maintain accurate and detailed notes in CRM systems

Continuously improve communication, tonality, and overall sales performance through coaching and repetition
