MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our sucessful team in Germany. You will be part of the Key Accounts EMEA team, with an international team of 10 colleagues.
Your main responsabilities in the team will be:
- Generate modules and components sales in national and international defined markets (Germany)
- Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, this shall include:
- Intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones
- Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account’s decision makers and building stable sales relationship
- Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer
- Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account
- Closing supply contracts
- Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times
- Representation of the company’s brand in front of sales accounts
- Creation of awareness and demand for company products
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times
- Documentation of the sales process and ensuring high data accuracy

- Reliability and ability to work under pressure, high flexibility and willingness/ability to travel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
LANGUAGES
- Fluent German and English
- French skills are an advantage
- Any other language will be a plus
LOCATION
Your backpack is filled with
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management for PV modules and/or other solar components
- Well connected with key EPC and Development players
- Good command in MS Office and experience in CRM Systems, ideally SalesForce
