About the Role:
Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the technical design aspects of large-scale data center development projects. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Technical Project Management and will have a robust background in either mechanical engineering, or general MEP engineering.
What You'll Be Working On:
Lead a team of external design engineers, of all disciplines, to deliver large campus data center projects.
Interface with clients, design teams, construction teams, and vendors
Create high level calculations for mechanical systems
Review information from GIS, FEMA, Topographic studies, surveys, etc and determine site feasibility for large-scale development projects.
Prepare conceptual level systems design for mechanical cooling, and sequence of operations for mechanical plants
Review and interpret CFD (computational fluid dynamics) reports, and determine corrective actions
Interpret client design standards and translate into design requirements for external design partners.
Review large-campus design packages and optimize designs for cost-control measures, schedule constraints, conformance to design standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Experience with design management, and leading teams of design professionals
Technical expertise of MEP systems
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
7+ yrs professional engineering experience in mechanical engineering, or architectural engineering
Experience with large central utility plant design, construction, and commissioning
Professional Engineering license preferred, but not required
Data center specific experience preferred, but not required

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $155K - $188K + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
